How we do it
Textile engages and catalyzes the textile industry across the supply chain through partnerships and collaborations, building knowledge and capacity to inform and educate. We further leverage our influence to create action, change and collective impact.
Textile inspires and equips people to accelerate sustainable practices in the textile value chain. We focus on minimizing the harmful impacts of the global textile industry and maximizing its positive effects.
Order:
All orders must be placed in writing, by fax or email. We will not accept responsibility for corrections or errors on verbal orders/instructions.
Cancellations:
All cancellations of orders in production will be charged for all generated cost of materials and labor.
Pricing:
Prices are quoted in US Dollars and FOB Shanghai.
Delivery:
Normal shipping dates require two to six weeks after confirmation of final artwork and order.
Errors:
Alpinspro will not be responsible for errors after paper or product proof approved
Pre-production Samples:
Sample Charge and Die Charge must be paid prior to sample production.
Random Samples:
Available and are free of charge. Special requests are based on availability.
Returns/Claims:
All returns and claims must be claimed within one week after receiving delivered goods.
Repeat Orders:
Dies and moulds are hold for 2 years unless specified by customer.
Right to Promote:
We reserve the rights to use all products in our advertising and displays unless advised in writing by the customer.
Trademarks:
We reserve the rights to demand a copy of Right to Produce from customers using logos, trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar licensed products.
